Newry City AFC were pleased to welcome former Premiership Star David Bentley to the Showgrounds this morning.

During his visit he took part in filming for ‘The Toughest Trade’ in which he co stars with with Armagh GAA player Aaron Kernan,  Kilkenny hurling star Jackie Tyrell and Baseball player Brian Schneider.

For the show the sportsmen swap roles for a week to compare the life of amateur GAA players with professional athletes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The show which is sponsored by AIB will be aired on 12th March at 10pm on TV3.
