We are delighted to announce Newry City AFC will be welcoming a full strength Dundalk FC side to The Showgrounds on Monday night (15th October) for a charity match in aid of Ellen’s Journey.

It was a successful day for the club at the 2018 Newry City AFC Golf Classic, held at Warrenpoint Golf Club on Friday August 17.
The fundraising event, run in conjunction with our charity partner Southern Area Hospice, saw almost 40 teams take to the course despite the inclement weather throughout the day.
The club would like to thank Main sponsors Warde Groupage and associate sponsors Peak Electrical, along with everyone who took part, sponsored a tee or helped out at the event.
Huge thanks to Paul Reavey, Nigel Shaw and all at Warrenpoint Golf Club for their assistance.

The 2018 Newry City AFC Golf Classic in association with our charity partner Southern Area Hospice, will take place on Friday August 17 at Warrenpoint Golf Club.
The event will be a scramble format and there will be prizes for both GUI and non-GUI teams as well as longest drive and nearest to the pin.
Tee-times still available are: 8am, 10:40am, 11:20am, 1pm, 1:30pm, 4:40pm, 4:50pm, 5pm, 5:10pm, 5:20pm and 5:30pm.
There are also spaces available to sponsor tee boxes and greens at £50.

Entry is £120 per team, which includes your round of golf, goody bags before you tee off, refreshments at the 9th green and food after your round.
Please note this Saturday’s opening league fixture away to Institute at the Brandywell Stadium will be an ALL ticket affair.

Printed tickets can also be purchased at ground on the day from the Youth Club. The entrance to the Youth Club is located in the Brandywell car park.

Player sponsorship offers a great opportunity to sponsor a player’s jersey and show your support for the club. Whether you’re an individual, a group of friends or a company, you will receive recognition our website for the entire 2018/19 season. And at the end of the season you will be presented with your chosen player’s shirt along with a photograph with the player and the shirt. Sponsors will also receive accreditation in the club’s match day programmes throughout the season.
Sponsorship of one player shirt starts at £100, with any additional shirt offered at £75.
