The club is holding a fundraising quiz this Friday night in the social club, following the match against Warrenpoint Town. Come along and join in on the fun, all welcome!
The Newry City AFC Golf Classic in association with the Eamonn Morgan Trust is just a couple of days away and there are a very limited number of tee-times left.
We have 40 teams signed up to play this Friday at Warrenpoint Golf Club and with the conditions set to be good on the day, this is the last chance to book your place!
The top prize is a fourball at Portmarnock Links with an overnight stay included while other prizes include fourballs at Mannan Castle Golf (plus a meal voucher), Greenore and Warrenpoint. There will also be prizes for the longest drive, closest to the pin and a putting competition.
Entry is £120 per fourball, which includes golf, a goody bag before your round, refreshments at the 9th hole and a meal after your round.
Presentations will take place in the St John Bosco Social Club, Water Street, Newry no later than 10pm on Friday and all prizewinners are asked to have a representative there to pick up their prize.
Tee-times still available are as follows:
8:10am, 8:20am, 1:50pm, 3:10pm and 4:10pm

The Northern Ireland Football League have released the fixtures from the upcoming 2016/17 season.

Newry City AFC will be hosting their annual golf classic, in association with the Eamonn Morgan Trust, at Warrenpoint Golf Club on Friday July 29.

The format will be a four-person scramble with prizes for the top three teams, longest drive and nearest the pin. Entry is £120 per fourball, which includes golf, a goody bag before the round and a meal afterwards. Prizegiving will be held later that evening in the St John Bosco GFC club, Water Street, Newry.
